Book online and pick your delivery date. We bring clean totes and a dolly to your door — you'll get a text when we're on the way and a photo once totes are dropped. Move at your pace, stack them at your door before pickup day, and we collect them and send another photo confirming count and condition. Your deposit hold clears automatically.

Extend before your pickup date — your pickup reminder text has a link. Extensions are 50% of your original package price for each additional 7 days. Tap, confirm, done.

Normal moving scuffs happen and are never charged. If a tote is structurally cracked or missing at pickup, the replacement fee is $25 per tote. Assessed at pickup — never auto-charged without a conversation first.
